About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate State Manager to lead our growing NSW operations, focusing on delivering outstanding NDIS services. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery, manage a growing team, and ensure participants receive personalised, safe, and high-quality support.

As we grow in NSW, you will play a key role in:

  • Leading and managing your team to deliver exceptional participant outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with participants, their families, community organisations, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and relevant legislation
  • Developing strategies for operational growth and continuous improvement
  • Shaping a participant-focused culture across NSW
