We're hiring: Demand & Supply Planning Manager
Melbourne (Hybrid working) | FMCG | Supply Chain
If you're a passionate planner with intuitive forecasting expertise, who loves rolling up your sleeves and getting into the detail, this could be your next big move.
We're an established FMCG business with a portfolio of bold, fast-growing food brands and a strong private label presence in major Australian retailers. We're looking for a Demand & Supply Planning Manager to own our planning process end-to-end — from designing and implementing to getting right into the data, process, and decisions that keep our products moving.
Why you'll love it here:
- You'll have ownership of the demand forecasting and supply planning process
- You'll be the go-to supply chain and logistics expert within FMCG
- You'll work with great people — cross-functionally and with trusted supplier partners.
- You'll join a culture that's collaborative, agile, and people-focused.
What you'll bring:
- Proven success in demand planning and forecasting (FMCG or import/export ideal).
- Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics a plus), EDI, AI and planning tools.
- Strong analytical skills, a knack for process improvement, and the confidence to work independently, owning your responsibilities and portfolio.
- A sleeves-up approach with the ability to manage the detail and see the bigger picture.
If you want to make a real impact, help shape our planning future, and be part of a values-driven business where fresh ideas are encouraged — let's talk.
