Role Summary:

The Software Developers will design, develop, and maintain innovative software systems that support WSANDN's operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable web and application systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
• Ensure application security and compliance with organizational standards.
• Integrate blockchain-related features where applicable.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong practical experience with PHP, Ethereum, and Solidity.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Experience with web frameworks (e.g., Laravel, React, ) and cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.

2. Blockchain Developers

Work Type: Hybrid or Remote (Open to applicants from any location)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary:

The Blockchain Developers will lead WSANDN's blockchain and decentralized technology projects, focusing on transparency, traceability, and secure governance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain blockchain-based applications and smart contracts.
• Develop decentralized applications (dApps) on Ethereum.
• Write and audit Solidity smart contracts.
• Integrate blockchain functionalities with PHP-based backends and existing systems.
• Research emerging blockchain technologies and propose innovative applications.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Solidity, Ethereum, and PHP development.
• Understanding of distributed ledger technologies, cryptography, and decentralized networks.
• Strong coding, debugging, and system design abilities.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Truffle, Hardhat, or
