About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Operations team to play a key role reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, in a team of 4x Talent and 3x HR folks (currently and growing). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building great teams and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
This is an exciting rocket ship opportunity. We're scaling — and scaling fast. With rapid growth comes the chance to hire incredible talent across EMEA. To fuel this journey, we're looking for a Senior Recruiter who thrives in high-growth environments and is comfortable recruiting across various functions.
You'll play a pivotal role in finding, engaging, and hiring for our Go-To-Market (GTM), Customer Success and Engineering teams.
You'll partner with leaders across the business to deliver the people power that will keep our rocket ship accelerating.
What You'll Do (aka Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept It)
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: From job kickoff to offer celebration, you'll own it.
- Cross-Functional Hiring: Help G&A, Sales, Tech, and Customer Success teams find their unicorns.
- Sourcing: Channel your inner detective to find the best talent on the market (and off it).
- Candidate Experience: Be the reason they tell their friends, "That interview was awesome."
- Interview Coordination: You'll keep the schedule running smoother than our onboarding workflows.
- Offer & Background Checks: Seal the deal and ensure everything's clean and compliant.
- Talent Pools: Build a bench so deep even pro sports teams would be jealous.
- Process Improvement: See a better way to hire? We're all ears.
- Onboarding Support: Help new hires land smoothly with a stellar first impression.
- DEI Advocate: Promote hiring practices that make everyone feel they belong.
- Employer Branding: Team up with Marketing to put our best foot forward (and then dance in it).
- ATS Wizardry: Keep our recruitment data clean, insightful, and magical.
- People & Ops Projects: Roll up your sleeves and jump into projects beyond hiring.
Who You Are (Our Ideal Recruiter-in-Crime)
- 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment
- Creative sourcing strategies that would make Sherlock Holmes jealous, utilizing a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, Juicebox, networking, and more)
- Process optimizer with a knack for keeping things simple and slick.
- Communication skills that could charm even the most passive candidate.
- Highly organized — you don't just juggle, you perform circus acts.
Proficient in ATS platforms and comfortable with tech.
A team player who thrives in a global, remote-first environment.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to flex time and partner with global TA team as needed
Why Join Us?
At TRAILD, you won't just be filling roles — you'll be shaping the future of a high-growth, global business. Here's what makes this opportunity exciting:
Rocket ship growth: We're scaling fast globally, which means huge opportunities for you to grow your career alongside us.
A Global team: we are growing across APAC, NA and EMEA and have teams all across the world.
Impact at scale: Every hire you make directly contributes to building world-class engineering, product, and design teams.
Work with the best: You'll be hiring exceptional talent across engineering, developers, product managers, designers, and QAs.
Flexibility: Remote-first culture with the option for in-person collaboration (Prahran office).
Ownership & autonomy: The freedom to innovate and create recruitment strategies that work.
Amazing and supportive culture: A collaborative, driven team where your contributions are valued, and our team genuinely loves working at Traild (we scored an 85 on our latest eNPS survey)
Please note that the final applicants for this job will be asked to consent in writing to a police check / criminal background check to the extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction of employment
