What you'll do

  • Provide an effective, timely and client focused service through problem identification, resolution and escalation
  • Provide end to end support of enterprise applications to ensure defined service levels are met
  • Investigate and test the impacts of change to any component supporting enterprise applications to maintain defined service levels.
  • Update and maintain work instructions, procedures and standards in compliance with Service Levels Agreements (SLA)
  • Build and maintain collaborative working relationships through liaison with internal and external clients and stakeholders in order to provide an efficient service
  • Generate monthly reporting and undertake monitoring responsibilities for SLA purposes
  • Maintain enterprise applications in accordance with Queensland Health policies, standards and practices.

About you

We are searching for someone who has:

  • Demonstrated ability in (or the ability to quickly learn) Service Now and ITIL Service Management processes. (SFIA: SLMO Level 3)
  • Demonstrated experience with software applications within a health care environment. (SFIA: ASUP Level 2)
  • Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to prepare instructions, reports and system documentation. (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing)
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment, developing effective working relationships with internal and external clients, team members and stakeholders. (NHS: Collaborative Working)
