The Opportunity

We're looking for a 
Senior Business Analyst
 to lead enterprise client engagements from discovery through to implementation — helping organisations integrate RedOwl's Augmented Intelligence platform into their financial operations.

You'll work at the intersection of 
finance, data, and technology
, partnering with CFOs, finance leaders, and RedOwl's product and engineering teams. Your role is to 
translate complex business and operational challenges into clear, actionable technical requirements
, ensuring our platform delivers measurable governance and compliance outcomes.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who is strategic, analytical, and comfortable navigating enterprise-scale environments. You'll play a pivotal part in shaping how global organisations adopt AI to bring 
real-time governance and financial control
 into every decision.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery and requirements workshops
  , capturing process pain points, data flows, and value opportunities.

• Analyse existing business processes
   to identify where RedOwl's platform can drive efficiency, compliance, and control.

• Translate business problems into clear functional and technical requirements
  , collaborating with AI architects, engineers, and implementation specialists.

• Design and document process maps, data models, and user journeys
   that guide configuration and deployment.

• Support pilot and implementation phases
  , ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment
   across finance, IT, and business functions to ensure smooth adoption.

• Measure and communicate value
  , demonstrating improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and governance.

What You Bring

• 5+ years' experience
   as a Business Analyst or Solution Consultant in enterprise technology or financial systems.

• Demonstrated success 
  translating business needs into technical specifications
   for large-scale deployments.

• Strong understanding of 
  finance operations
  , including AP, payments, spend management, and governance processes.

• Familiarity with major 
  ERP systems
   (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics 365) and integration workflows.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging C-suite executives.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Exposure to 
  AI, data analytics, or automation platforms
   is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
