Macarthur Solar are on the hunt for A+ Electricians to be trained and accredited as SAA (CEC) electricians. Once accredited you will gain valuable leadership skills to lead and manage your own team of electricians and apprentices.

We're Macarthur's #1 Solar Company and our business is booming.  We've got so many projects on the go that we need another pair of hands  Both our commercial and residential clients are flat tack And we have big plans to make 2025 & 2026 a great year

Now, if you're not looking right now yourself but you have a mate who is we offer a $500 referral fee when we hire the person you refer. The only condition is that they work with us for at least 3 months…we don't want any muppets

Here's what we need from you: A grade domestic electrician

Solar experience would be an advantage but not essential.

NSW Electrical licence.

Current drivers licence

Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices.

Honest and trustworthy.

Experience with both residential construction and existing residential work would help. Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.

Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
