Beta Program & Product Operations Manager
to work directly with our
Head of Product
— the person overseeing all modules and launches. If you love structure, systems, and helping products move smoothly from idea to launch, this is your dream role.

Your Mission

Be the operational engine that keeps our product releases organised, tested, and on track. You'll coordinate between Product, QA, Customer Success, and Development ensuring beta programs, testing, onboarding, and internal processes all run efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Run and coordinate beta programs
    for new features and products: recruit testers, collect feedback, and summarise findings.
  • Build systems and structure
  • set up dashboards, trackers, and readiness checklists in suitable tool.
  • Support the Head of Product
    by managing priorities, following up with teams, and keeping timelines visible and accurate.
  • Coordinate with QA, Dev, and Customer Success
    to track bugs, action feedback, and prepare go-live readiness reports.
  • Support onboarding and help content
  • identify where users struggle and coordinate creation of tutorials, FAQs, and guides.
  • Document and improve processes
  • help us standardise how we launch, test, and improve.
  • Perform light product testing
    and verification before releases.
  • Own the reporting
    on beta results, product health, and launch readiness.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in
    SaaS
    ,
    Product Ops/Project Management.
  • Strong organisation skills - you live by checklists and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Confidence coordinating between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience using tools like
    Jira, Intercom
    etc
  • Initiative to spot gaps and solve problems without waiting for direction.
