OWNERS CORPORATION MANAGER
Who we're looking for
We are seeking to employee a customer focused owners corporation practitioner to join our Strata Minders - Melbourne based team. This is a full-time, 5 days per week position.
What is involved
Following an initial period of company orientation the successful applicant will:
- Maintain a property portfolio, build relationships, and be a trusted advisor in all thing's strata.
- Oversee preparation of budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments.
- Prepare for, attend and participate in Annual General Meetings and provide advice as required.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance and building compliance requirements.
- Maintain governance of the Owners Corporation in line with the Owners Corporation Act.
- Utilise systems and databases to create and/or manage documentation.
Hours:
- 9:00am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday.
- Note. Work From Home option to be discussed at interview
About you
- Have at least minimum 2 years owners corporation management experience.
- Possess good written and verbal skills.
- Have positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Have good focus on detail and desire to follow through on tasks until fully achieved.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict when needed.
- An practical understanding of the Owners Corporations Act and Regulations.
- Ability to make effective use of Word, Excel, Google Drive and other document management systems.
