Description

The Senior Finance & Commercial Analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Cash flow & balance sheet forecasting
  • Cash management, partnering directly with the head of treasury
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks while maintaining robust internal controls.
  • Assist in financial modelling and scenario analysis for key projects.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics to stakeholders.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Profile

A successful Senior Finance & Commercial Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Extremely strong business partnering skills and a passion for process improvement
