About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated full or part time Manager with immediate start to join our team at the Bangor Tavern.

As a Full or Part Time member of the management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall success of our popular establishment. This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to work with a team, have exceptional customer service skills & a passion for the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Opening and closing the hotel inline with management protocol
  • Leading the food and beverage team through busy services
  • Balancing the various revenue streams at EON including TAB, Gaming & KENO
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team
  • Engage with customers and provide exceptional service to build loyalty and drive repeat business
  • Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a similar Venue Manager or Senior Hospitality Management role
  • Proven track record of being a successful member of a management team
  • Knowledge of TAB and Gaming balancing and cash up
