The role |
We are currently seeking a Lawyer/ Associate, to join our Corporate Health & Aged Care team in our Sydney office. This role will suit a junior lawyer with a particular focus on health, aged care, and retirement village clients in both the private and public sectors. The right candidate will be comfortable working within a highly regulated industry across advisory and transactional matters, and will enjoy dealing directly with clients. This position will report to and work directly with industry leading partners who specialise in the health and aged care sectors.
The successful candidate will |
- Have a genuine interest in the corporate, health, retirement village and aged care sectors;
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work directly with clients and develop long term relationships;
- Demonstrate initiative and proactivity, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of the team;
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical skills and an enthusiastic approach to your work;
- Have experience in regulatory, corporate advisory in the corporate, health, retirement village and aged care space/s
- Have experience in advising in relation to sector based regulatory issues and commercial contracts, with a focus on delivering practical solutions to meet client needs
- Have a desire to be part of a marketing leading team in a role which offers career development
