The Opportunity?

This isn't a simple systems upgrade. It's a
major finance transformation
that brings together multiple entities, unifying processes, people, and platforms across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.

You'll be working closely with the
Head of Finance Transformation (APAC)
and senior finance stakeholders, leading
process re-engineering and delivery support
across month-end close, ledger integration, and financial reporting. This program is under global spotlight – the work you do here will shape the blueprint for future rollouts across the companies global locations.

As the APAC pilot, this program is under the
global spotlight
– the work you contribute here will set the benchmark and blueprint for every subsequent rollout worldwide.

Some of what you'll be doing;

  • Process Re-Engineering:
    Redefining and aligning finance processes (month-end close, ledgers, chart of accounts, reporting).
  • Requirements & Analysis:
    Capturing and documenting finance requirements; identifying gaps and mapping current vs future states.
  • Project Delivery Discipline:
    Driving delivery, managing risks/issues, and coaching finance teams on project governance and milestones.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Collaborating with finance leaders in Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong, balancing different markets, cultures, and time zones.
  • Systems Integration:
    Supporting cutovers to the new finance platform (Singapore – April 2026 / Hong Kong – October 2026).

The Reality?

In this scenario, you'll be
straight into the action from day one
, learning the environment as you go, making decisions quickly, and immediately embedded in delivery. This is a
hands-on hybrid BA/PM role
. You'll need to roll up your sleeves and get into the detail, while also keeping delivery on track. The environment is complex, fast-moving, and global.

It's demanding, but there is plenty of support within your team, and for the right person, it's an opportunity to play a key role in a program under global spotlight.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience
    : Strong experience as a Business Analysis and/or Project Management within finance transformation or integration programs. Insurance or financial services background strongly preferred.
  • Skills
    : Strong in process mapping, requirements gathering, and delivery governance.
  • Exposure to IFRS 17, MAS reporting (Singapore), or HKIA regulatory work is highly valued.
  • Attributes
    : Resilient, detail-oriented, and adaptable – someone who thrives under pressure, works well across borders, and enjoys bringing structure to complexity.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 12 months
  • Daily Rate: $900-$1100 inc of super
  • Location: Sydney CBD / Hybrid Working - with some travel to Singapore/Hong Kong
  • Start Date: Immediate
