About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Migration Agent Assistant to join our team in Melbourne. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting the Principal Migration Agent and assisting clients throughout the migration and visa application process.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring visa applications are prepared accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant requirements, while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist migration agents with visa applications and related matters
  • Support clients throughout the visa application process
  • Prepare and maintain client files and documentation in a timely and organised manner
  • Assist the Principal Migration Agent with migration-related paperwork and submissions
  • Liaise with clients via phone, email, and in person
  • Collect, review, and follow up on visa-related documentation from clients
  • Upload and manage documents on relevant systems and platforms
  • Handle immigration-related clerical and administrative tasks
  • Provide professional customer service and administrative support, including photocopying and assisting clients with application forms
  • Work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Perform other duties as directed

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in administration and document management
  • Having at least one year of work experience in the migration or immigration field is highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Familiar with ImmiAccount, Microsoft applications, CRM software, etc
  • Applicants with general administrative assistant experience will be considered
  • Bilingual or multilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply

Work Arrangement

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • On-site role based in Melbourne, VIC

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
