Lineage Group is seeking a Senior Advisor with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional client services and fostering innovation while demonstrating leadership in technical advisory. In this role, you'll be working amongst an experienced team, advising high-net worth families and business on strategy, structure, tax and accounting.

We provide strategic advice, governance and succession planning, taxation and compliance support and capital management solutions designed to align family values with business strategy.

Role Overview

  • Strong understanding of basic tax and accounting concepts and developing a working understanding of more complex concepts
  • Ability to complete moderate complexity compliance deliverables with high autonomy and complex deliverables with some guidance applying professional judgement to appropriate decisions
  • Advisory including business and family strategy as well as structuring and compliance strategy
  • Review basic deliverables from advisors and undergraduates
  • Experience in advisory service offerings and frameworks
  • Understanding of governance frameworks for businesses, including the purpose of a Family Council, Shareholder's Board, Advisory Boards and Corporate Boards
  • Draft meeting agendas, compile minutes, and summarise actions from internal and external meetings

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
  • CA preferred
