About the role

Pool Construction Crew Team Leader

Join our award-winning company, Placid Pools, as a Construction Crew Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced tradesperson who thrives on quality workmanship and leading a motivated crew on high-end pool builds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a construction crew on custom pool projects
  • Apply hands-on skills across steel fixing, concreting, plumbing, and pool construction
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

Must hold a valid Construction Blue or White Card

Must be a permanent resident of Australia
