BodeWell is an approved provider with the Department of Health, delivering government-funded Home Care Packages, Private Aged Care, and NDIS services across Queensland and Victoria.

About the role
Our Home Support Workers deliver personalised support for our clients, ensuring they feel empowered and cared for through services and activities tailored to their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These may include:
- Help with errands around the home, including cleaning, washing, ironing and vacuuming.
- Support with personal hygiene and showing, grooming and dressing.
- Assisting with shopping and meal preparation.
- Monitoring medication.
- Scheduling and attending appointments.
- Providing companionship and engaging in social activities.
- Client locations include -Pakenham, Cranbourne, Brighton/St. Kilda, Oakleigh, Hughesdale, Rosebud
About you
As a compassionate and reliable individual who prides themselves with delivering customer service excellence, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you'll have:
- A warm and caring nature
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A positive and practical attitude
- Strong communication skills
- A current driver's license
- Access to a reliable, registered, insured vehicle
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Must be available 3 days per week
