We're a busy construction company looking for three new junior workers to join our team. Perfect for someone starting out in the industry and wanting experience.

Role 1 – Apprentice / Junior Labourer (Male Friendly)

  • Assisting trades with basic site tasks
  • Loading/unloading materials
  • General clean-up and site organisation
  • Helping with deliveries
  • Taping/protecting surfaces
  • Other small jobs as directed

Role 2 – Site & Customer Assistant (Female Friendly)

  • Assisting with lighter site tasks (floor protection, light lifting, deliveries)
  • Meeting customers on-site/showroom and assisting with selections
  • Helping with ordering/checking deliveries of tiles, vanities, fittings etc.
  • Light admin support (following up orders, organising schedules)
  • General site presentation and assisting the team where needed

Requirements

  • Must have own car and valid licence (travel between sites is required)
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
  • No prior experience required – training provided

What We Offer

  • $18–$30 per hour - Depending on experience and performance pay increases over time.
  • Steady work with the chance to grow into a full-time role
  • On-site training and career progression in construction

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
