Are you passionate about quality in early childhood education? We are looking for a National Assessment & Rating Quality Coordinator to join our Quality team. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate the national Assessment & Rating process, provide support to our quality team, and ensure compliance with key regulatory frameworks. This role reports directly to the National Quality Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the national Assessment & Rating (A&R) process, including scheduling, documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Work with Senior QAs, Operations, and centre teams to support the timely submission and progress of Quality Improvement Plans, reports, and A&R documentation.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the National Law and Regulations, National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standard (NQS) to support compliant and accurate A&R processes.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across all internal departments, including Operations, Quality, Facilities, and Compliance, to ensure high quality outcomes.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the National Quality Manager and quality team.
  • Support national quality projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Be a point of contact for A&R and quality-related queries, providing guidance and support to staff.
  • Maintain systems, data, and compliance records to ensure quality standards are consistently met.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working in early childhood education is required.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood regulatory frameworks (National Law and Regulations, NQF, NQS).
  • Project management or Analytical qualification (preferred).
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and quality systems.
  • Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple locations and teams.

Permanent Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
