- Build strong customer relationships by explaining product benefits and features clearly, using interpersonal skills, clarifying questions, and anticipating needs.
- Support team goals for customer satisfaction and reputation, keep customers informed throughout the buying process via CRM, and follow up post-delivery; perform other duties as required.
About You:
You are a customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment. You are passionate about cars, technology, and helping people find the perfect solution for their needs. You bring a balance of sales drive and genuine care, always aiming to deliver above expectations.
