About the role

We're looking for a motivated and organised Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Foodcare, based at our facility in Dandenong South, VIC. This is a full time role, Mon-Fri

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and accurate operation of our warehouse. You will oversee day to day activities, support and guide the warehouse team, and help maintain high standards of inventory control, dispatch accuracy, and workplace safety. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, communicates well, and takes pride in maintaining a well run warehouse environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Lead, coach, and support warehouse staff to achieve performance and safety goals.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stocktakes.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
  • Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet operational deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth, on-time order fulfilment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role.
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisory or team leader experience required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, WMS and WHS requirements.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Forklift licence (LF) essential
  • Australian work rights required.
