BrightView Landscape Services is on the hunt for an A+ Team Leader - Landscaper.

We're Brisbane's #1 Industrial and Commercial Landscape Services Company, and our business is booming.  We've got so many projects on the go that we need another pair of hands  Both our Property Managers and maintenance clients are flat tack And we have big plans to make 2025/26 a great year

Now, if you're not looking right now yourself but you have a mate who is, we offer a $500 referral fee when we hire the person you refer. The only condition is that they work with us for at least 3 months…we don't want any muppets

Here's what we need from you:

Team leader experience in soft landscaping roles and maintenance.
Have a full manual Drivers license.
Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs/ sites, and train apprentices.
Honest and trustworthy.
Experience in leading teams and working from plans.
Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top-notch.
Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.

Some hardscape experience, skid steer, and excavator ticket highly regarded.
