Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking highly motivated Graduate Civil/Environmental Engineers (focused on Water Resources) to join our Project Delivery Group, supporting the Hydrotechnical team in Brisbane in 2026.

If you are interested to learn about climate change impact assessment, flood modelling, spillway design, dam break assessment and other water engineering related topics, then this is the right path for you.

As the successful candidate, you will be:

You bring to the role: 

• Bachelor's degree (or working towards) in Civil/Environmental Engineering with a strong academic record

• An ability to think laterally and innovatively
• Flexibility to travel and work in locations within Australia and Internationally
• A passion and drive to make a real difference
