At Contour Education, we're ready to take our social and video content to the next level, and we're looking for a creative and story-driven Videographer / Content Creator to join our growing Marketing team.

If you love social media, thrive on TikTok trends, and enjoy the full creative process, from scripting and shooting to editing and posting - this is your chance to make a tangible impact. You'll work hands-on with tutors, students, and our brand team to produce high-quality, engaging video content that inspires, educates, and connects with thousands of students across Australia.

This isn't an admin role - it's a creative, fast-paced, and collaborative position where you'll own the full content lifecycle. You'll play a key role in shaping Contour's digital presence and scaling our reach through storytelling, creativity, and video.

• Contour TestPrep: Reshaping test preparation, starting with the selective entry exam, through rigorous tutoring, mock exams, and data-driven feedback to give students a decisive advantage.

• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for social and video content
• Film and produce engaging short-form and long-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, ads)
• Manage and grow Contour's social media presence, including posting, captions, and community engagement
• Capture authentic student and tutor stories that reflect Contour's mission and brand
• Repurpose long-form videos (e.g. podcasts) into engaging short clips for social media
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and Academics teams to ensure all content is on-brand and high-impact
• Liaise with our external video editing agency for larger projects and final production
• Support creative logistics such as event videography, headshots, and internal shoots

• Experience with the Australian high school system, either as a student or tutor
• 1–2+ years of experience creating video content for TikTok, Reels, or similar platforms
• Hands-on filming experience (camera or smartphone), with knowledge of lighting, framing, and sound
• Strong creative storytelling ability, you can take an idea and turn it into a compelling video
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, formats, and audiences
• Collaborative mindset - comfortable working with students, tutors, and staff on shoots
• Proactive and independent, able to take ownership and constantly pitch new ideas
• Bonus: Basic editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) or experience with photography
