Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated ICT Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and maintaining our computer infrastructure, focusing on the effective deployment and troubleshooting of our Odoo software. Your expertise will help ensure that our technical systems run smoothly, allowing us to continue providing outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide expert support, education, and guidance for the deployment andmaintenance of computer systems and infrastructure.

Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical problems and issues, particularly related to Odoo software.

Requirements Analysis: Determine hardware and software requirements to deliver effective solutions.

Software Management: Install, configure, and download appropriate software; adapt existing programs to meet user needs.

Application Efficiency: Ensure the optimal use of applications and equipment, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Education and Experience:

Education: Diploma in IT or a related field (Preferred)

Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience (Preferred)

Work Authorization: Authorisation to work in Australia (Preferred)
