Auto Retail Group Australia operates car dealerships in Parramatta and Five Dock. This role will work out of our joint service centre in Homebush West.

Your responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:

  • Providing ICT support all staff
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues over the phone and in person
  • Maintaining helpdesk ticketing system
  • Resolving issues with company hardware such as desktops, mobile phones, tablets, printers, scanners, etc
  • Assist with implementing network infrastructure and systems to support company objectives; maintain network security and data integrity

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A tertiary degree in an IT discipline
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN/Firewall concepts
  • Experience in Sophos and Antivirus
  • Knowledge of and/or experience in Microsoft Windows 10/11 / Server 2019/2016
  • Knowledge of and/or experience in Microsoft 365 platform
  • Knowledge in computer hardware.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional internal customer service skills
