Established Sydney commercial law firm is looking for a senior-level B&F lawyer.

We represent an established medium sized Sydney commercial law firm that services clients nationally.

A law firm that competes with the larger, more high profile commercial law firms, they prefer to let their work and enviable client base do the talking rather than market aggressively. They are best described as quietly confident.

The role

Due to sustained growth, they are now seeking a Senior Lawyer to join the team.

You'll work with market-leading non-bank lenders, insurers, property investors and developers on a wide range of finance transactions including:

  • Project finance
  • Syndicated loans
  • Mezzanine funding
  • Private equity transactions involving debt-to-equity conversions and profit participation structures

About you

You will have at least 4+ years post admission experience in a banking and finance practice.

Additionally, you will have:

  • an enthusiasm to assist with the future growth of the practice; and
  • a proven ability to manage and supervise a team of lawyers.
