We are Auswide Landscape Solutions and we specialise in the construction of innovative and imaginative playgrounds predominately in Childcare Centres, Australia wide.

Based in Laverton North, Melbourne we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join our Team. Complete handover provided.

Key responsibilities:

  • Carrying out site inspections with Project Managers to assess works.
  • Preparing detailed estimates/quotations for building projects $200K - $2M
  • Negotiating and maintaining a good rapport with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Regular contact with clients to develop and negotiate clear project scope of works and documentation.

Skills and experience:

  • A proven track record in the building industry as an estimator, project manager or similar role.
  • Competent with Estimation Software including Buildxact & Excel.
  • Highly computer literate and mathematically competent.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills & time management skills.
  • Ability to learn new things and work in a successful team environment.
  • A current Australian Driver's license.

  • Estimating in Landscape Construction/Civil Industry: 2 years (Required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Working with Children Check (Preferred)
  • Driver Licence (Required)

  • Australia (Required)
