We're seeking an
SAP HANA BW Lead Consultant
to drive cutting-edge solutions and lead data initiatives that truly make an impact. This is more than just a technical role, you'll be a trusted advisor, a problem-solver, and a leader shaping how our clients harness the power of SAP BW on HANA.

Positional Overview:

• Lead with Vision: Drive the design and end-to-end implementation of innovative SAP BW on HANA solutions.
• Engineer Excellence: Build and optimise advanced data models, InfoProviders, CompositeProviders, and ADSOs.
• Innovate in ABAP: Develop and enhance ABAP routines, exits, and custom programs, ensuring high performance in data flows.
• Own the Outcome: Act as the SME on BW projects—partnering with business and technical teams to turn ideas into impactful solutions.
• Seamless Integration: Ensure smooth connectivity with SAP ECC/S4HANA and other source systems, keeping data flowing and businesses thriving.
• Champion Reliability: Provide expert-level L2/L3 support, driving system stability and user confidence.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven expertise in
  SAP BW on HANA architecture and modeling
  .
• Strong
  ABAP programming
  skills for BW enhancements and custom builds.
• Knowledge of
  BW/4HANA
  and
  HANA native modeling
  (bonus points).
• Exposure to
  SAP Analytics tools (SAC, BO)
  is highly desirable.
• Strong communicator, critical thinker, and leader who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Certified in
  SAP BW (HANA or BW/4HANA)
  .
