The Role

Join a fast-paced, collaborative team driving commercial and financial insights across Bega's logistics network. This is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and influence strategic decisions that shape our supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored logistics analytics across network changes, customer and product opportunities, including tenders and NPDs.

• Provide insights into cost-to-serve and route-to-market strategies to support safety, service, and quality goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead and support change initiatives that optimise logistics performance and cost efficiency.

• Contribute to strategic reporting and commercial acumen development across logistics operations.

About You

• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Power BI, Power Query, and Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.

• Commercially minded, comfortable working with financial data and translating it into actionable insights.

• Thrive in stakeholder engagement and can influence outcomes through clear communication and collaboration.

• Adaptable, curious, and confident challenging the status quo to drive innovation.

• You may come from a logistics, finance, or commercial analytics background—or be ready to step up with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
