General Workers

We are seeking multiple workers to join our professional and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tree Maintenance & Removal: Assist in pruning, trimming, and removing trees and vegetation as directed by the arborist.
  • Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate and maintain chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, and other arboricultural tools.
  • Ground Support: Clear debris, handle ropes for tree climbing and rigging, and ensure worksite cleanliness and safety.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety procedures, including the use of PPE, traffic management, and hazard identification.
  • Customer Interaction: Represent the company professionally when engaging with clients and the public.
  • General Labor: Assist with loading/unloading equipment, setting up job sites, and performing yard or warehouse duties as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with tree work, wood chippers, or landscaping (preferred)
  • MR or HR license (advantageous); C-class manual license (minimum requirement)
  • Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various conditions
  • Understanding of workplace safety and hazard management
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
  • This role is ideal for those looking to develop a career in arboriculture while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
