Assistant Case Manager

  • Location: Perth

  • Fixed Term Contract until end of Feb 2026

The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join us at entry level support our Workers Comp Claims team. As a key member of the "engine room" of the business, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Case Managers to be able to provide the best experience for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Support our customers by acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders, including injured clients, general practitioners and other medical professionals 

  • Respond to enquiries in an accurate, concise, and courteous manner ensuring that we are putting the customer at the heart of what we do to ensure an effective resolution

  • Assist Case Managers in the development of case management plans for clients that stipulate goals and activities.

  • Accurate & efficient data entry

  • Claims activities are completed accurately and within the agreed timeframe

  • Ensure set timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to with all legislative codes and company policies
