Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Quality Administrator to join our Chinchilla-based team on a fixed-term contract, supporting operations across the Surat Basin.

Responsibilities will include:

• Prepare accurate reports and correspondence to support project operations.
• Provide administrative support to the Quality team and broader project teams.
• Maintain and organise quality registers, libraries, and databases.
• Archive project documentation and respond to information requests.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and client requirements.
  Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

What you will bring

• Minimum 3 years' site-based experience in a quality or compliance administration role.
• Strong process-driven mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and systems.
• Commitment to safety and compliance.
  Proof of right to work in Australia.
