The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors with an S26 qualification to join our construction teams delivering major energy transition projects. This is a leadership position where you will oversee electrical works on large-scale infrastructure including substations, distribution networks, transmission lines, EPS upgrades, solar farms, and decarbonisation programs. These are full-time FIFO positions offering long-term opportunities, with successful candidates securing 18 to 24 months of ongoing project work.

Roster & Location

  • FIFO from major airports
  • 2:1 roster
  • 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate electrical works across major construction projects
  • Lead and mentor teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery
  • Monitor compliance with site safety standards, electrical codes, and project specifications
  • Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and daily reporting
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure adherence to fatigue management procedures

Qualifications & Experience

  • WA Electrical Licence (essential)
  • S26 Electrical Supervisors Ticket (essential)
  • OHS Construction Card (White Card)
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Working at Heights, LVR/CPR & First Aid certificates
  • High Risk Work Licence (EWP)
  • Previous supervisory experience on major construction or resources projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
  • Two contactable work-related references
