We're hiring a Sous Chef and All-Rounder Baristas to be part of our growing team at Nook & Co. Cafe in Wangara

Full-Time Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
  • Train, guide, and motivate kitchen staff
  • Manage stock, order supplies, and control food costs/wastage

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef, or a strong CDP ready to step up
  • Culinary qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Creativity, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

All-Rounder Baristas hr

Key Skills:

  • Confident in latte art for dine-in service
  • Skilled in grinder calibration & espresso flow adjustments
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in sandwich preparation and toasting
