About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with RSM's Chief Executive Partner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting high-level initiatives. Key Responsibilities

As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing complex diaries, including scheduling internal and external meetings, room bookings, and sending invitations.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
  • Drafting and formatting professional communications including emails, letters, memos, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Supporting marketing activities, including managing the CEP's LinkedIn presence.
  • Organising internal and external events.
  • Handling document management and maintaining accurate records.
  • Reconciling expenses and managing approval workflows.
  • Managing communications on behalf of the CEP, including emails, Teams messages, and phone calls.
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, filing, and maintaining registers.

  • 4-6 years in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Intermediate with Microsoft Office packages
  • Completion of Year 12
  • Certificate in Business Administration is desirable
