- Build strong relationships with contractors and partners to ensure services are delivered to a high standard and in line with expectations.
- Take the lead in responding to emergencies or incidents in the centre, ensuring accurate reporting and timely escalation in line with our processes.
- Oversee all maintenance, repair, and capital works projects, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions that support the long-term performance of the centre.
As a part of our asset team, you will also have Duty Management responsibilities from time to time too, where you'll be required to work a weekend shift (on a roster), which will be balanced with a day off in lieu.
What sets you apart
- Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, property, facilities management, or other customer service environment.
- Diploma or tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Trade, Building Services or Facilities Management.
- Commercial expertise to manage financials and provide recommendations on operating and capital costs.
