Construction Manager – M&E | Major Wastewater Upgrade | ACT

10-year program
improving capacity and reliability for the region.

They're now seeking an experienced
Construction Manager – M&E
to drive the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls, and Automation works throughout the construction phase.

Your responsibilities will span cost, time, quality, and safety management, while collaborating closely with design, procurement, commissioning, and commercial teams.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee M&E construction delivery across program, cost, and quality.
  • Collaborate with Design and Commissioning teams to achieve seamless integration
  • Manage subcontractors, procurement input, and head contract claims.
  • Ensure risk, safety, and compliance across all site activities.
  • Supervise and mentor Project Engineers within the M&E discipline
  • Collaborate closely with design, commissioning, and commercial teams.

What you'll need:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 10–15 years in M&E delivery within complex construction projects.
  • Water/wastewater experience, construction phase strongly regarded.
  • Proven leadership and commercial skills.
