The Opportunity
We're looking for a technically minded professional to join our Sydney based team in our customer service team.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will:
• Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders involving technical components (valves, fittings, regulators, etc.)
• Provide first-line technical support and product selection guidance to customers
• Record detailed communication notes using SAP and Zendesk
• Manage enquiries and resolve first level technical customer issues with a focus on problem-solving
• Develop strong technical relationships with customers across Australia and New Zealand
• Collaborate with our Sales. Engineering and Field Service teams as part of a cross functional technical support structure

What Are We Looking For?
• Mechanical aptitude or technical background in any industry
• Prior experience in internal sales/customer service
• Strong technical problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail in data entry and documentation
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a team-based approach
