ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in driving the success of our brand by engaging with potential customers at our branded pop-up stands in major shopping centres. Your goal? Start meaningful conversations, collect customer details, and help connect them with our expert sales team — no hard selling required
Key Responsibilities include:
- Promote Australian Outdoor Living's products to potential customers
- Collect customer contact details for our sales team
Explain the benefits of our products in a simple and engaging way
Provide outstanding customer service
- Assist in promoting special offers, campaigns, and product updates
- Represent and be an ambassador for the Australian Outdoor Living brand
- Ensure your stand area is clean, organised, and presentable
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in retail, sales, promotions, or other customer-facing roles (desirable)
- A confident communicator with excellent people skills
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
- Available for flexible work across a 7-day rotating roster
- Possess a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Willing and able to travel to all designated locations, including Hornsby (north), Sutherland Shire (south), Penrith (west) and the Vaucluse/Bondi Junction area (east)
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect quickly, identify leads, and capture information accurately
