ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in driving the success of our brand by engaging with potential customers at our branded pop-up stands in major shopping centres. Your goal? Start meaningful conversations, collect customer details, and help connect them with our expert sales team — no hard selling required

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Promote Australian Outdoor Living's products to potential customers
  • Collect customer contact details for our sales team
  • Explain the benefits of our products in a simple and engaging way

  • Provide outstanding customer service

  • Assist in promoting special offers, campaigns, and product updates
  • Represent and be an ambassador for the Australian Outdoor Living brand
  • Ensure your stand area is clean, organised, and presentable

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in retail, sales, promotions, or other customer-facing roles (desirable)
  • A confident communicator with excellent people skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Available for flexible work across a 7-day rotating roster
  • Possess a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Willing and able to travel to all designated locations, including Hornsby (north), Sutherland Shire (south), Penrith (west) and the Vaucluse/Bondi Junction area (east)
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect quickly, identify leads, and capture information accurately
