Based in the beautiful Latrobe Valley, Drilltec is an innovative drilling company with a diverse range of rigs, clients and opportunities. We have long term contracts around the state for a diverse range of roles and are looking for experienced drillers to help us grow to meet and exceed our clients expectations. Drilltec specialize in large and deep water bores, bore relining, & decommissioning.

Suitable candidates will:

  • Have a strong understanding of water bore drilling, primarily drilling large & deep mud rotary bores
  • Be able to organise, maintain and manage equipment for each drill site
  • Supervise and direct offsiders
  • Conduct and complete necessary safety paperwork and processes
  • Have a general mechanical understanding to help communicate and identify potential or real issues with equipment
  • Be willing to work in a range of locations around Victoria from time to time, and possibly interstate
  • Be physically fit and enjoy hands on, technically demanding work
  • Have good communication skills to communicate with Supervisor, clients and peers
  • Pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test

REQUIRED

  • Current water bore Driller's Licence (Class 2-3 preferred)
  • Current HR licence
  • Fit and healthy
