What's the role?

As a Local Business Development Manager within our dynamic Small and Medium Enterprise team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by combining strong relationship-building skills with deep credit and analytical expertise. You'll originate and manage lending opportunities actively engaging with a wide network of internal specialists and referral partners while nurturing direct client relationships.

You'll service our customers in Ballarat and surrounding areas allowing a seamless and easy transaction for your customer. As well as first party new to bank deals.

What do I need?

  • Experience in Business Banking lending
  • Ambition, confidence and people skills
  • Ability to build networks and manage conversations
  • Proven track record for new business and account management
  • Experience in managing B2B partnerships
