Inspired by Head Chef, Louis Tikaram's travels across the globe and grounded by his local roots. Stanley's menu showcases some of the best seafood, meat, vegetables, and fruit in the world.

Stanley's ethos combines the best produce, mostly sourced locally, supporting out Australian industry with traditional Cantonese flavours, Tikaram's fresh perspective and mindset of venturing outside the box adds to the unique experience of Stanley.

The menu has been designed to be shared and enjoyed family style, encouraging you to laugh, drink, eat and enjoy the flavours as they have been for hundreds of years.

We are currently accepting applications for casual Front of House professionalsto join our dynamic Front of House team at either Stanley or Stan's Lounge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greet all guests with a friendly and personable attitude.
  • Have an extensive knowledge of Stanley's cocktails and classics.
  • Working within a close-knit team.
  • Keep the bar clean and tidy at all times.
  • Ensure RSA compliance at all times on shift.
  • Use correct POS and cash handling procedures.

What we are looking for:

  • A wealth of knowledge in the realms of mixology, spirits, and wine.
  • Customer service-focused, friendly, and welcoming, willing to be the host of the party
  • Previous experience in working in a high-volume bar
  • Cocktail experience is essential
  • Undeniable pride for creating and delivering consistent, memorable experiences
  • Be a positive and collaborative team player
  • Open to learning and ready for growth
  • Flexible availability, nights and weekends are preferred
  • Hold a current RSA
