Join the team at the Psych Collective We want motivated psychologists to partner with us. Be your own boss under a competitive fee split contractor arrangement. This means you choose your own days, hours, patient list and set your own fees. We have great admin support and provide referrals you can pick and choose from depending on your interests.

Our rooms are gorgeous, or you can also work from home if you prefer, or do a combo of WFH and rooms to suit your lifestyle. Come and have a look

We are seeking experienced Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists or Clinical Psychology Registrars to partner with us.

What we offer:

  • A supportive team environment that includes monthly group supervision with the experienced psychologists (and a psychiatrist).
  • Access to CPD training hosted by Jess O'Garr and Dr Al Griskaitis from The Psych Collective.
  • Beautifully appointed therapy rooms just minutes from Wollongong Train Station.
  • Admin support for bookings and billing.
  • Decide on your own caseload and choose the patients you want to work with.

What we're looking for

  • Registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number.
  • Demonstrated expertise in providing evidence-based psychological interventions for a variety of client presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own caseload.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to work in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
