Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Credit Corp Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Reporting to the Head of Lending, this is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader to join an industry leading ASX200 company where you will be responsible for owning the performance of a unique and exciting digital lending product, Wizit. Wizit offers consumers both an interest-free credit card and a separate line of credit.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Wizit product, which includes oversight of operational teams, as well ownership of key product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for a strategic and consumer focused leader capable of driving creative solutions and challenging conventional thinking. In this role, you will work closely with key cross-functional stakeholders (including product, engineering and marketing teams) to grow market share, enhance product revenue, and drive long-term success.

You will be an influential leader who will lead with commercial insight, operational discipline, and a relentless focus on data-driven continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Culture
    – Lead the development of high-performing teams, fostering an engaged culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Oversight
    – Shape and execute business and operational strategies aligned with long-term growth objectives.
  • Product Design and Development
    – Lead product enhancements and proactively identify market opportunities to drive innovation and growth.
  • Operational Excellence
    – Build data-driven reporting frameworks that empower decision-making and support financial performance. Optimise resource allocation to maximise profitability.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire, driving performance and fostering engagement.
  • A commitment to leadership, innovation, and driving change across teams and systems.
  • Experience designing digital-first customer journeys that enhance engagement and satisfaction
  • At least 5 years' experience within the lending or receivables management industries, ideally with knowledge of consumer lending programs or expertise in credit cards.
  • Lateral thinking and superior problem-solving skills.
  • Superior communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong understanding of the credit lifecycle.
  • Sydney CBD location.
