Responsibilities
  • Secure the sales, profit, and growth targets with commercial builders and other bodies that have a focus on commercial construction.
  • Develop the customer service proposition to support the brand strategy.
  • You will look to grow our existing valued customer base by delivering end-to-end coatings project services package.
  • Achieve by ensuring influential relationships between the wider sales team and main customer contacts in the delivery of commercial projects.
  • Ensure a position with targeted main decision influencers in the specification market. Clients will include architects, builders and other bodies that have a focus on commercial construction.
  • Implement specification / sales strategies to achieve both long- and short-term goals.
  • Perform the role following PPG corporate values.
Requirements
  • Track record in sales or as business development manager from a similar industry.
  • Experience in presenting CPD training.
  • Experience in architectural coatings, specification services, or commercial building segments.
  • 3+ years' experience with understanding of the commercial drivers and changing needs within the NSW market.
  • Demonstrate a desire for identifying new opportunities and results and to improve your business segment.
