It can be hard to leave your existing crew - especially if you're a loyal legend. We get it, and we're confident you'll find a good fit in our team. We trust our culture so much that if you don't think it's a good fit after 30 days, we'll give you a $500 fuel card and let you leave with no hard feelings.

What You'll Need

  • Current electrical license and solar accreditation (SAA)
  • 1 year+ experience installing solar
  • Grid-connected Solar PV Design and/or Battery Storage design a bonus
  • You do the job right, and you can spot the missed bits - you pay attention to detail
  • You show up when you say you will and can be relied upon
  • You're open and able to receive feedback (because we can all improve)
  • You enjoy getting around a good crew
  • Experience with solar installations and understanding of Clean Energy Council guidelines
