About the Role

We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our friendly team in Chatswood, Sydney on a fixed term contract through to May 2026.

In this role, you'll support our Supply Chain team to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of goods and services to our cruise ships. You'll play a key part in supporting the Supply Chain team, processing payments, and keeping our procure-to-pay processes running seamlessly. Every day brings variety - from coordinating orders to resolving invoice queries - in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where teamwork and precision are key.

This role is perfect for someone with strong administration skills and an accounting or finance background who's eager to develop their career in supply chain within a global travel company.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Procure to Pay process to ensure vendor payments are completed accurately and on time
  • Liaising with suppliers, sourcing teams and operations to optimise supply chain effectiveness
  • Communicating product or supply changes to internal teams
  • Assisting in resolving invoice and contract price discrepancies
  • Following up on loading reports, vendor credits and accounting/payment issues
  • Raising purchase orders and supporting procurement planning and implementation
  • Maintaining collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting reporting, administration and compliance across supply chain activities

About You

You're an organised, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving. You bring strong administrative skills, great attention to detail, and a knack for managing multiple priorities. With a background in finance, accounting or administration, you'll quickly build strong working relationships and contribute to the smooth running of our supply chain operations.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 12 months + experience in administration, accounts payable, purchasing or supply chain
  • Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with purchase order systems
  • General understanding of accounting processes
  • Flexibility and ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Experience with CrunchTime (highly regarded)
  • Qualifications in procurement, logistics or supply chain (desirable, not essential)
