Join our team at our centre located in Leppington/Emerald Hills, we are seeking Full Time passionate stand-out Early Childhood Teachers / Educational Leaders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating a curriculum/program for individuals and groups in accordance with approved curriculum frameworks.
  • Being confident in leading and teaching various age groups
  • Being an outgoing, positive, and nurturing educator who respects the rights of the child at all times
  • Consistently encouraging and supporting children by providing meaningful and open interactions that promote a child's sense of belonging, being, and becoming.
  • Sharing two-way, meaningful information with families about a child's progress, relationships, interests, and experience
  • Great team player

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and working towards your Bachelor of Education or Have a Bachelor of Education (Birth-12 or Birth-6)
  • Have previous experience as a room leader
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of NQS, NQF, and EYLF.
  • Possess sound understanding and experience in programming and planning for children aged 0 to 6.
  • Hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management qualifications
  • Hold a Working With Child Check clearance (or completed the application process for a new Check).
