Scribbles and Giggles Childcare centres are rapidly growing and this is a unique opportunity to advance your career in to Leadership roles. stepping in to a room leader position will allow you to understand Scribbles and Giggles Polies, procedure and practices in depth and prepare for the next step in your career to Educational leader or assistant manager role in a rapidly growing company.

**1. Certificate 3, Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education**
**2. Minimum 2 years experience as a Full time Educator or 1 year as a room leader**
**3. Knowledge of EYLF and command in curriculum planning**
**4. Competent in writing skills and documentations**
**4. Passionate to lead**
